All Sales Final After 7 Days from receipt.
All personalized items are final sales - no exceptions.
We are unable to take back items that have been worn. Once the tags have been removed the garment is a final sale. Please thoroughly inspect each garment before you remove the tags.
Orders that are refused after we have shipped or returned to us because you were unavailable for delivery or didn't pay customs are treated and processed as returns.

We will process as follows:
- FULL PRICE ITEMS -
- Postmarked within 7 days of receipt.
- Your choice of an instore/online credit or a credit to your original method of payment.
- (Original shipping is never refunded). If your item was shipped for free (payment of $0.00) we will need to take a shipping charge (depending on the value of the returned merchandise) from your refund.
- DAMAGED ITEMS-
- will be replaced or can be returned for refund only if they are UNWORN and UNWASHED.
- A damaged item must be reported within 7 days of receipt as all sales are final after 7 days.
- Returned clothes are in their original condition with all tags attached.
- If shoes were sent in a box be sure to return the box in a different box - please don't use the shoe box as the shipping box or there will be a 50% restocking fee for us to obtain a new box from the manufacturer.
Returns can take up to 30 days to process. If you are receiving a credit to your card please allow for up to two statements before you see it.
